Caterers, aka Organized Crime

18% gratuity my ass! Why don’t the caterers call it what it is, an extortion fee! This in addition to labor being
compensated $25 per person/per hour!

So
the good news is we have a caterer, and they are among the best in the
Gorge. The bad news is that we are $700 over budget. Suffice to say if
I hear one complaint about the food at our wedding, there will be blood
on my rental tux.
Of course it is not really a big deal, I guess. Its just that the organizational freak in me just hates going over budget.
