The Magic Never Ended.

My love affair with science began after witnessing Mr. Wizard exhibit various science experiments on Watch Mr. Wizard and Mr. Wizard’s World starring the Don Herbert.

Don Herbert unfortunately passed away yesterday, June 12th at the venerable age of 89 from bone cancer.

He will be missed. I am thankful that I occasionally still see some of his work re-aired. I can only hope that his memory will serve to stimulate the creation of even more engaging science education programming for our younger generations, particularly at a time when science and technology becomes ever more present in our daily lives.
