Reznor’s 2007 album Year Zero
Geoff Boucher, of the Los Angeles Times revealed that Trent Reznor’s series has moved into the development phase of pre-production.
The tasty bit:
Reznor is working with the team of Lawrence Bender, best known for producing Quentin Tarantino films such as “Pulp Fiction,” “Inglourious Basterds” and ”Reservoir Dogs“ as well as the documentaries “An Inconvenient Truth” and “Countdown to Zero,” and Kevin Kelly Brown, who was executive producer on “Roswell.“
and that Daniel Knauf, of Carnivale fame is writing.

Can you imagine a fall schedule in 2011-2012 or even 2012-2013 that features George R.R. Martin’s series A Game of Thrones and Reznor’s Year Zero? Does anyone else feel their mind exploding with possiblity?
Except for their mistake of not picking up Mad Men when they had their shot, HBO just keeps taking the right risks at the right time.
